Gloucester Educational Foundation Partnership
We’re partnering with Gloucester Educational Foundation and O'Maley Innovation Middle School 8th Grade, to bring Romeo & Juliet Workshops into classes in February & March, when the play is in the curriculum. We’ll use theater tools to enhance the students’ understanding of the language. And thanks to 100WomenWhoCare, there will also be a shortened Romeo & Juliet performance of the play for the students, at the end of the program.

The Educational Acting Internship

Submissions for summer 2025 will open in December. Deadline is usually March 1. Acting Interns understudy the first production indoors (May-June) and play a role (+ understudy for exposure and practice) in the Shakespeare production under-the-tent (June-July)
Audition & Interview
In an ever-changing theater industry, Lanes Coven believes that artists should be well-rounded and know how to do many crafts in the theater. The Lanes Coven schedule makes it possible to hold a second job, but once tech (TUES - SUN) & performances begin, evenings (TH - SUN) are required.
